                鋼軌強(qiáng)度檢算(calculationofrailstresses)對鋼軌在機(jī)車車輛作用下的應(yīng)力進(jìn)行檢算,要求其不大于鋼軌材料的容許應(yīng)力。沖動(dòng)應(yīng)抱蹦彎助、溫微力、制動(dòng)應(yīng)力和附加應(yīng)力。制動(dòng)應(yīng)力取10MPa;對普通線路,鋼軌溫度應(yīng)力查表取值,對無縫線路溫度應(yīng)力為2.45Δt(MPa)。其中,Δt為當(dāng)?shù)刈罡呋蜃畹蛙墱嘏c鎖定軌溫之差值(℃)。附加應(yīng)力是橋上無縫線路中的附加縱向力產(chǎn)生的,路基上無縫線路無附加應(yīng)力(參見橋上無縫線路)。

                鋼軌檢算條件為這四種應(yīng)力不大于允許應(yīng)力,允許應(yīng)力為鋼軌屈服極限除以安全系數(shù)。普通碳素軌的軌屈服極限為405MPa,低合金軌鋼的為457MPa。新軌安全系數(shù)取1.3,再用軌取1.35。此外,鋼軌動(dòng)彎應(yīng)力應(yīng)與溫度應(yīng)力進(jìn)行最不利組合。軌底動(dòng)彎應(yīng)力為拉應(yīng)力,應(yīng)與溫度拉應(yīng)力組合;軌頭動(dòng)彎應(yīng)力為壓應(yīng)力,應(yīng)與溫度壓應(yīng)力組合。
